'24hrs in Manchester' - Photography
"I would spend 24hrs in the city of Manchester, using lifestyle photography to capture any movements I find particularly interested related to Fashion/Film/Nightlife.
I would display my images as a series and display them in a way that compliments the space, whether that be propped up against the wall, hung on a wall I create out of objects seen in the photographs etc…
These images would all be taken digitally and am unsure yet to if they would all be in colour or black and white."

I am currently studying BA Hons Fine Art at Leeds Metropolitan University. I have a photography and textiles A-Level as well as a Distinction in Art and Design Foundation. I have always considered myself to be a creative person with a passion to pursue a creative career. My practice is made up of a mixture of Photography, Set, and Costume. I try to combine a number of different mediums together to create an atmosphere or narrative.Whilst at University I have learnt many skills through participating in professional artists workshops. As part of one of these workshops a fellow course mate and myself exhibited and curated our work in an independent exhibition. I have also been successful in having a number of my photographs exhibited with Northern Young Artists and Beacons Art and Music festival. I have volunteered as a Artists support Assistant during Light Night and wrote a review about this event for ‘Spotlight blog’. I am now looking and feel ready to get a creative internship.
